Shipping

Order Processing:

Orders are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days, depending on item availability. If an item is out of stock, we will special order it from Germany, which may take 10 to 12 weeks. Backordered items will ship immediately upon arrival at our warehouse, and no additional shipping fees will be charged for backorders.

Shipping Methods:

For standard shipping, we will select the most suitable carrier at our discretion, choosing from UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipping charges for the contiguous USA are as follows:

- $8.75 for orders up to $49.99

- $11.95 for orders between $50.00 and $89.99

- Free shipping for orders of $99 and above

For shipments outside the contiguous USA (including Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories), a $10.00 surcharge will apply in addition to the standard shipping fee, regardless of order size.

Expedited Shipping:

If available, expedited shipping options can be selected during checkout, with costs displayed accordingly. Please note that expedited services are effective only after our standard processing time of 2 business days, and the delivery date will be subject to the carrier's policies.
